Shipping costs have risen dramatically since the first of the year - in many cases, doubling.

I currently charge a flat rate of $50.00 for most animal shipments, however, this is subject to change. If you are purchasing multiple animals or larger specimens, please contact me and together we'll work out the most convenient and cost effective way to ship.

Shipping Methods:

I am a "FedEx Certified Reptile Shipper"

I ship Monday through Wednesday via Next Day Air Priority for delivery to your door. Most shipments are scheduled to arrive by 10:30 am.
Together, we will determine a shipping date that is convenient for you to receive the package.
I will e-mail all pertinent tracking information to you on the shipping day.
I take the shipping of my animals very seriously.
I guarantee that you will be impressed with the level of detail that I put into the packaging of each and every animal that I ship.
I use a double-insulated shipping box, a seperate interior container for each animal, and any necessary heat or ice packs.
I do not cut corners on any aspect of the shipping.

Sorry, I do not currently ship live animals outside of the United States.

Guarantees

Satisfaction Guarantee

Every animal offered by Lees Okeetees is captive-bred.

All animals are guaranteed to be properly sexed and healthy.
I will not offer any baby snakes until they have shed and are established feeders.

I make every effort to portray each animal honestly and fairly. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 72 hours to arrange a refund, replacement, or credit. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the reason for return is due to a mistake made by Lees Okeetees. I must be notified in advance of any and all returns.

Shipping Guarantee

I guarantee live arrival under the following condition:

A responsible person is available to receive, sign for & inspect the package on the pre-determined delivery day. I send every package as "Signature Required". If you have a "Signature Release on file, it is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery driver is met at the door. If someone is not available to receive the package as agreed upon, the Live Delivery Guarantee is voided.

Miscellaneous

It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with all State, County, and City Ordinances regarding the ownership of any animal purchased from Lees Okeetees.

I strongly urge anyone considering the purchase of a live animal to thoroughly research the care requirements for that animal prior to making a purchase. I am more than happy to offer any assistance that I can regarding the animals featured here.
